2.2. Service Availability
Our services are available from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Services outside these hours may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our official channels. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due upon completion of the service.
3.1. Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- Full payment is required upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are properly packed and ready for transportation. Man and Van is not liable for damages to improperly packed items.
4.1. Access and Permissions
Clients must provide access to premises during the scheduled service times. Any restrictions or special instructions should be communicated in advance.
5. Liability and Insurance
Man and Van takes all reasonable precautions to protect your belongings. However, we are not responsible for items that are not properly packed or protected by the client.
5.1. Insurance Coverage
- Basic liability insurance is included with all services.
- Clients may opt for additional insurance coverage at extra cost.
- Claims for damaged or lost items must be made within 48 hours of service completion.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule services up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without incurring fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6.1. No-Show Policy
If the client fails to be present at the agreed time without prior notice, Man and Van reserves the right to charge the full service fee.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the services provided by Man and Van will first be addressed through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the appropriate legal authorities.
